About
Montrose4 Studio is the artistic home of Jennifer Breslin, an experiential design artist. Growing up in a place (calling code montrose4) where science and art were in constant discussion and where sculptures, paintings, sets, molecular models, and stacks of science journals were the surrounding environment, pursuing work at the intersection of art and technology seemed an inevitability. Having spent decades in the United Nations leading work on technology and innovation for social good, Jennifer has now turned her hand to creative (and ethical) applications of technology and building cultural celebrations to enhance wonder, connection and community. Collaborations are undertaken with folks who have deep experience at the forefront of community productions, art and design, and technology, including Pamela Pavliscak and Norm Magnusson.
Jennifer also supports arts development more broadly including as a founding team member of Rhinebeck Arts and as a Board member of Brunel Park where she has advanced strategic planning, development of a Bloomberg Connects site and participation in the Historic Artist Houses and Studios network.
